Terms of production and delivery across Ukraine
We share the principles of sustainable production, so most things are made only for existing orders, and we do not have a large warehouse with availability.
Our standard terms of production and dispatch of orders are 2-5 days, but with a high production load, they can reach 7-10 days.
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta and takes 10-14 days.
Exchange is possible within 3 days after receiving the product, provided that the standard size / length is ordered. But paid at the expense of the buyer (with the exception of cases of manufacturing defects)
Returns are possible within 2 days after receiving the order, provided that all tags are preserved,
product appearance, without traces of wear and washing. Postage costs are also compensated by the buyer.
The return of items with individual changes is possible only as an exception, if there is a specific reason and confirmation (for example, a photo of the body, if the size does not fit).
